right now the mines are a little bit to strong ,this is mainly resulutet by his fast recharge,
maybe it would be nice to get a new one only by an ammo pack.would also get assault more use.

They are way too visible. You have to be lucky at this point for a mine to accomplish anything. Also, Ive seen people who hit a mine and jump and survive it. So, what point is there to using mines compared to a sentry?

i was going to address turrets v mines.
i think visibility is ok its the lack of damage they do.
a turret can get 2-3 kills when its well placed. a mine your lucky if its 1.
i would expect that these two weapons should be somewhat equal in their kill ratio.
otherwise as sanbot says what’s the point.
throw into that the engie with mines has a shottie its not a very attractive choice.
