Migration issue

Hi, I’m posting here as I can’t access Nexon forums.

I successfully used the migration tool a month ago, created my account on nexon using same mail that I use here, installed launcher and game. Fact is that I forgot to activate my account on nexon, I did it today. Now I can’t download the game, It gives me an error: “this product cannot be installed”.

It asks me to redeem beta key but I did it a month ago so now it says: “beta key already redeemed”. I also noticed that I was called stormyRight in the launcher, I never used this nickname anywhere

So I’m wondering where my 120$ legendary pack has gone ? What do I do wrong ?

The nickname is standard random name given by default but you can change.

I do believe you were supposed to have the nexon account activated before entering your code in. I’m sure they’ll figure it out though.

Try this:

  1. Get your beta key from here: https://secure.warchest.com/dirtybomb/purchases/products
  2. Enter code in Nexon Launcher

Thanks for answers but I already redeemed my beta key when I linked my account to nexon so that what happens when I try again:


I played the game on closed beta launch, I don’t understand why it doesn’t work anymore.

I have a similar problem. Their forums say I’m not registered yet i’ve activated my account, migrated it, and have been playing the game.

Something is most likely jacked up on their end.

Have you created a forum name?

Nexon have asked that you submit a support ticket via http://support.extraction.nexon.net - their CS team is expecting you. :slight_smile:

yes, from Frankfurt.
game itself worked well right after beta had started. then after 2 weeks in hospital the game crushes everytime.
nexon forums however didnt work for me since the begining afair.

Same with me, can’t log in at forums anymore, looks like Nexon guys find a way how to get rid of illegal players :frowning:

i dont understand why its hard for you kids to understand… GO MAKE A SUPPORT TICKET… i had the same issues as you and it got handled in a day.
