well it’s me again after deciding to give this game another few matches because i enjoy it a lot i dropped a rhino cobalt (im so lucky), and now im wondering is it free for me forever or im gonna have to pay it?
i mean the merc is ther ebut there is a cloak under his picture.
and if it isnt free forever can i like sell the card or do something with it? ty

Cards are free forever… f2p concept(remember that unless you play F2P with Pay for Drop system).

Congratulations! 
Rhino is in free rotation, that means you can use him for now.
Whenever the rotation changes he won’t be available anymore.
You’ll have to buy him via credits (50.000) or real money (9.99 euros) if you decide to continue using him.

Just because I don’t think the question is cleared up. You will be able to use the card when ever you play rhino, whether it is during a free rotation, or if you eventually buy Rhino with money or in game credits. The card will stay with your account forever, so there’s no point in trying to get rid of it. Unless you want to give it to me, I’ll take it.

There is no trade system in DB so no you can’t give it to any one.
The way cards (Called Loadout’s) work is by a tier system it goes from Lead up to Cobolt.
Once you get to Bronze, any thing higher is just cosmetic, so you can get all the best Loadout’s (Best meaning what you think is best for your merc) at the Bronze Level.
You can level up your Loadout’s that you dont want or will never use to the next Level using the trade up system in the Barrack’s Loadout area.
