Mercs: Venom,Disturbia and Quake!

Hi Nexon! I’m new here was just sitting here reading threads and then I saw “merc suggestions” and I always wondered that a player’s idea of a merc would be well appreciated by the community and then really created in game :slight_smile:
I suggest you three mercs by now.
1.Venom. A sort of “Red Eye styled” merc, but with corrosive/damaging smoke and ammo station.
2. Disturbia. A little merc that allows to stop the use of the abilities of another merc using a special gun, like sparks that makes damage and stops enemy’s abilities for few seconds.
3. Quake. A merc who can generate little earthquakes damaging enemies. A tough merc with a lot of hp like rhyno.
4. They’re just very little suggestions, maybe I can draw them a little :open_mouth:

Funny you mention #3, I was actually writing a little snip on a merc called Quake the other day. One of his abilities was ground shaking aswell haha. Was also working on a guy called Pyro, which I probably don’t need to explain, self explanatory really.

  1. we already have a merc suggestion with a poison smoke nade. dont think it worked out that well since stoker’s a thing.
  2. suggested before. several times, too. dont think it went well at all.
  3. and finally, suggested before, but it really isnt ground tremor that does the damage, its falling debris, so it wont happen
  4. nah ya dont need to.

To be fair, my suggestion about the poison gas nade was for riot control, not slaying. It was not intended to kill people, but more to block entrances or, if the enemy wants to run through it, it will only lower their HP to a certain amount (but not actually kill them)

Just pointing that out, would be nothing like stoker really. Much, much less OP.

but what if i WANT an OP fire nade? XD

in all seriousness, though, if you want a way to discourage an enemy (or enemies) from taking a certain route you blocked off with a poison nade without too much health removal, it’d be better for it to have a sort of increased damage received effect, else…it doesnt even take that much health off, why be afraid of the big green smoke cloud, right?

Thanks guys, yeah it would be great a “quake” merc :stuck_out_tongue: the others are just from my immagination :slight_smile: I really want a Disturbia :stuck_out_tongue:
