I am currently making a Dirty Bomb montage, is there a way that I can get the models for mercs? I need the FBX or OBJ models for rigging. I am not skilled enough to do the modelling myself, or is there a pre-packed archive available for download?

Not without SD’s help sadly unless you have a way to break into UE3’s container files.
UModel seems to be able to open the UPK successfully, but either crashes when it hit the mesh, or doesn’t find it at all if you manually decompress it. The dev of UModel said that it’s probably a custom/encrypted compression method applied to the static meshes, and that he won’t work on it 
. If you have a 32 bit machine you might be able to use 3d Ripper DX, but with most rippers, it’ll be one hell of a mess that it’ll dump out.
Sad though, I really want to print out Spark’s Revivr on my Prusa :’(
