I am experiencing issues with 2 mercs, Phoenix and Fletcher.
Type of Bug: Gameplay
Description: When I am playing Phoenix and press his healing ability, it gets stuck on and will not pulse out. I can only stop him holding it by mouse scrolling to switch to my weapon, it makes the sound and action as if the pulse has been released out but it doesn’t heal me or teammates and is not on cooldown. I press it again and the same thing happens over and over.

Steps to reproduce: Press heal ability button
Result: Gameplay continued as usual until it I tried to heal again and it would happen again.
Expected result: To be able to press and or press and hold phoenix’ healing ability and be healed while healing teammates.
Reproduction rate: 7/10 (And sometimes multiple times in a row.
Type of Bug: Gameplay
Description: When I press to throw Fletcher’s sticky grenades, he does the motion with his hands to throw one, however a sticky grenade does not leave his hand. Sometimes I try multiple times and cannot get one out, other times it only won’t work once, then will work after.

Steps to reproduce: Press to throw Fletcher’s sticky grenade, he does the hand motion but no sticky grenades will leave his hands and he will still have all sticky grenades available.
Result: Gameplay went on as usual until I tried to throw a sticky grenade again and once again wouldn’t work.
Expected result: To press Fletcher’s sticky grenade ability and have him throw a grenade.
