Notice for example the “Landmine”. I wonder if standard classes have the same equipment?

It is just what the class contains. So the engineer has the mines and C4. So I am 99% sure everybody has this, as it is pretty pointless that only merc engineers would have C4. Most likely you would require a Founder with engineer merc to win the game as in the gameplay teaser :stuck_out_tongue:

So no, the landmine isnt merc specific.
