Ability (danger sensor):
When Scout looks at an enemy, that enemy is marked (can only mark 1 player at the same time). Scout can see a laser pointer coming out of the weapon of the marked player (other players can not see it). Marked enemies are also detected for 3 seconds. Lasts for 10 secods and has 15 seconds cooldown.

2nd ability (shock wave grenade):
Throws a grenade that deals 20 damage and makes enemies flinch a lot for 1.75 seconds. Has a 0.75 seconds fuse and 15 seconds cooldown.

Weapons: can be anything except for shotguns and snipers.

First ability is literally just a reskin of redeyes spotting ability without any of its advantages. So whats the point?

Second ability is quite useless. It either works like thunders concussion grenade prenerf or is totally useless.

Read all off it. It creates a laser pointer that shows where the marked player is aiming so you can dodge bullets simply by dodging the laser. The spotting is a secondary effect.

It is a second ability so it must be weaker than the concussion grenade. It has a different purpose, when you see someone preparing an explosive you can make them miss(and sometimes hit themselves) by making them flinch.

Believe me , you cant dodge bullets unless you are running away from fights. And in that situation you dont want to waste a second by looking at one enemy. The benefits for your team from this ability arent even worth picking this merc over redeye.

Second ability continues being useless. Extremely low duration, you need to know the enemy is preparing to use explosives and then manage to hit him with both the grenade and bullets. This literally would only work against newb fraggers. Javelin kills you before you even hit her with the grenade. Nader will have dealt enough damage to kill you with 3-4 shots even at medium distances. Decent fragger players will just cancel the cooking and shoot you.
The whole concept is just a weaker concuss nade. And you can counter it even easier , just move into cover and shoot when the enemy closes in. You dont even need to turn away from the grenade, you simply tank it, hit a few shots and then do some walljumping until the effect has worn off.
