In the leadup to the DB incidents, many military technologies were researched in order to create super-soldiers. The Brazilian Government decided to experiment with organ transplants from different lifeforms to create more complex human beings, one specific case was a tremendous success. By transplanting both the “Sachs” and “Hunter” organs from the finest Amazon electric eels, a human was now able to produce electricity at will. This new super-human took the codename “Eel” and began his service to the Brazilian Military.
After Eel’s granted leave, the Dirty Bomb incidents took place and now he’s back in business and earning cash.
110HP, 420SP
Primary Ability - Electric Senbon
Using his ability to produce electricity, Eel deposits some charge into a “throwing needle” which he will then throw with a very shallow arc. Holding down the ability key will build up charge, the more charge the more damage.
- 0-1 second: No charge, 6DMG.
- 1-2 seconds: Small charge, 20DMG.
- 2-5 seconds: Medium charge, 50DMG.
- 5-20 seconds: High charge, 80DMG.
- 20+ seconds: Atomic charge, 180DMG, pierces through enemies.
The longer the charge, the harder the toll on Eel will be with the Atomic charge potentially slowing him to 300SP for 30 seconds. Whilst charging Senbon, no weapons may be used, Eel’s speed remains the same until the “Electric Senbon” is thrown.
Secondary Ability - Nerve Control
Being able to produce and control electricity is quite handy for numbing pain on the battlefield. Upon activation, Eel’s health can go into the negative without dying for 5 seconds, however, if he doesn’t heal to at least 1HP before the 5 seconds is up, he instantly dies and gibs. During these 5 seconds, Eel takes +10% damage.
Eel’s loadouts favour Assault Rifles, Machine Pistols, and regular melee.
