Não é de hoje que a comunidade brasileira vem aumentando no DB, e visto isso pensei poxa falta uma facção/soldado do brasil, ai conversei com uns amigos que jogam ranked comigo e decidimos criar um ou dois soldados que foram da marinha e força aérea brasileira aposentados e que viraram mercenários anos depois isto é num futuro caótico onde se passa o Dirty Bomb, pensamos então um soldado especialista que desenvolveu um tipo de tecnologia que fosse possível paralisar adversários um feixe de energia que seria executado de um dispositivo implantável em paredes ou algo suspenso como carro e outros… ele seria capaz de desarmar bombas e consertar tanques de guerra com velocidade padrão porém ele seria meio tanker também Saúde : 110 Velocidade : 420, arma principal BR-16 ou M4A1, más o que nós queremos afinal é uma homenagem ou um soldado ou uma facção, com ou sem esses dados nós da comunidade brasileira agradeceríamos muito, hoje não más no próximo post que eu fizer irei organizar uma pauta e pedir votos da comunidade pra quem sabe realizar nosso sonho de ter um soldado brasileiro, caso não for possível sua nacionalidade gostaríamos então de ter o soltado em si que seja especialista ou tanky poderia ser um personagem feminino parecido com o rhino ou thunder só quer mulher porque não? precisamos mudar essas coisas de mulheres apenas magras e padrão de beleza hoje queremos uma mulher tanky com bastante vida e com muito más, gostaríamos também de uma melhora na formação de equipes ranqueadas pois quando não jogamos em grupo demora muito pra formar equipes, poderiam por lá América latina que beneficiaria tanto publico brasileiro quanto mexicanos e cubanos argentinos e etc… seria uma jogada de mestre da parte da nexon não pedimos muito não só umas mudanças e um soldado feminino tanker fortão e com muita vida, estamos realmente no aguardo, também precisamos de um representante brasileiro no fórum ou no youtube pois sempre pesquisamos e encontramos muito pouco conteúdo ou seja sempre falta um GM ou videos traduzidos, pois nem todos tem a obrigação de aprender muitas línguas obrigado pela atenção espero resposta de algum GM. Pode responder em português ou inglês caso a comunidade internacional se interesse é só traduzir pelo chrome como sempre faço quando estou de olho no fórum.

If by stun you mean a complete lockdown on movement, then no. The community was in an uproar over Thunder’s original mouse-slowdown effect when concussed. The inability to move at all? That’s just plain overpowered.
Teleportation has been suggested to death, but all of the regulars here agree that that type of tech is way too futuristic for the year DB is set in (2020 or 2021, if I’m correct), not to mention that teleportation can be potentially map-breaking.
EMP? That used to be on Thunder. Then SD moved it to Phantom. A dedicated EMP merc would be weak unless there were other effects.
