Abilities-
Mortar barrage
-Mortar marker can be thrown to designate an area for a strike of white phosphorus mortar rounds that will deal a small amount of damage immediately, and then steady damage over time for mercs caught in the blast.
Furthermore the strike will leave burning incendiary residue on the ground which will deal steady damage over time to any mercs that move through it.
If the marker location does not have a clear path to the sky, it will detonate in a bright flash that temporarily blind enemies, and provide a shorter cooldown.
Ammo Aura
-Once activated allied mercs around Vulcan will receive ammo resupply. Vulcan’s own ammo reserves will also be partly refilled each time an ally is resupplied in this manner.
