Hello, I´ve got a problem with my Merc which disappeared. Yesterday in the evening I equipment opened case in which I found/received Vassili. When I opened Dirtybomb on Steam today, i wanted to add Vasilli to my loadout, but he was´nt there, he just vanished from my barracks.
And my second problem is that i found another equipment case, I seen a small window with writing on it: quick open or something like that. I clicked it and nothing happened, but my case was lost.
Can somebody help me with my problems please ?

Be sure that your filters are cleared out to see if you have the loadout card - if that doesn’t work please contact customer support so they can look into your account. ^^
