[Merc] Toxxik - anti-medic class

Profile:

Started off as a toxicologist at the German research centre and firing guns in her spare time. After Londom became a wasteland she decided it is just more profitable to use her skills a a mercenary, than working at the labs 10 hours a day.

Character: Highly rational and analytic. No space for emotions, just efficiency.

Abilities:
Toxic grenade.
Covers all neary enemies in a pubble of green toxic that slows your movement (50%), and does a little damage (50 points) over 5 seconds time.
(The grenade should look like a lab made molotov cocktail with green stuff in it :slight_smile: )
(Cooldown - 20 seconds)
(AOE - dunno, like naders nades I think)

Adrenaline infusion
Healing ability. Lets you heal a friend which gets full health. (The healing itself takes 2 seconds)
(Cooldown - 60 seconds)

Primary:
Shotgun / SMG

Secondary:
Sawed off shotgun (2 bulets, low range, high dmg) / autopistol (like Tolen MP)

Why this karakter?
To counter medics. The toxic grenade should make it harder for medics to run around and revive everybody. Althoug ght ehaling ability might be to overpowered.

I really like the Idea but 50% movement speed for 5 Seconds? Thats too hard. You could throw this thing on trainyard for example as attacker and have a skyhammer throw his airstrike right after. These 50% movement speed would kill all people in the area without a real chance. 80% or so, should be more fitting.
Have not thought really about this, just posting my first impression

Good point eclipsE, maybe the 50% is too harsh. But a movement penalty to ruin a medics’ day still seems like a good idea.
What you think would be best loadout and secondary ability for such a character?

If you can balance that speed penalty then its pretty good

20 second cooldown? 50% movement penalty? I think a 15% movement penalty and more like 50 second cooldown would be less spammy and overpowered

wait what if you make a counter for a type of merc that counters all the other mercs…oh shiet
