Along the lines of Stoker stats and close appearance ( gas mask) with enough differences to make him unique to stoker.

Primary Ability: Toxic gas grenade that does 20% damage to full health and prevents player heal (until death) and slows players by 20% for 10 seconds ( grenade active area same size and duration as stokers molotav)

Secondary Abiltiy: Ammo Station

Primary weapons: Rifles
Secondary: pistols
Melee : short knives

I think a little more clarification in your ideas is needed. And you want him to be unique to stoker? Don’t just say
Along the lines of Stoker stats and close appearance ( gas mask) with enough differences to make him unique to stoker.
Tell us roughly how much health or movement speed he should have. Remember to use words like maximum and minimum when talking about damage ect.
Sounds a little strong, prevents heal regeneration until death. Does that count medic healing (health station, med packs)?

hazmat suit / gas mask/ full head cover (hazmat suit)

rifle man with the same stat line as stoker/ hp/ movement speed and recharge time on his “dirty bomb”

gas grenade options

 1. If you get “skunked” you cannot heal or be revived so once your down your down. Until respawn
 2. If you get “skunked” you cannot use secondary abilities or load out perks
 3. If you get “skunked” you will lose 10 hp every 5 seconds unless you get a med pack, healing station or revived.
 4. Gas grenade makes a gas cloud comparable in size to red eyes smoke and it does a little more damage more quickly than the gas in the uncleared tunnels.

It was me who first suggested the chemical grenade with poisonous gas a few months ago.

Personally I still think it’s a good idea, but in my design the nade wasn’t designed to kill people, but just take away some HP and block a little bit of vision. I was quite surprised to see people so against it and call it overpowering considering it was designed to deal low damage and worked mostly as a visual blocker like red-eye’s smoke nade, but with more transparency.
