ABILITIES

#1: “Thores Hammer”, A very powerful hammer(Similar to the gravity hammer from Halo)(NO COOLDOWN ON HAMMER) it is in a AOE similar to the healing pulse of Phoenix.
It delivers 119 DMG in its immediate AOE of 2m, then it goes down to 50 like wise to the edge of its AOE.
It takes a few seconds for him to lift up the hammer, and very fast to bring it down.
(3seconds lift up speed, 0.2 crash down speed).
If hit by the hammer it delivers 139hp.
You can swing up the hammer while walking at crouch speed.

NOTES:
FAMAS SPECS
Burst fire similar to the Stark AR.

ASVAL SPECS
Similar to the M4A1( more damage and recoil, but higher rate of Fire).

Just saying. I can’t see anybody using this merc as anything other than a joke. You spend three seconds vulnerable to everything to deliver a melee-ranged strike that any fast merc can avoid and any heavy merc can laugh at and then shoot you in the head as you’re switching back to your gun.

Not the mention that he’s too slow to even get into effective range anyways…

EDIT:
And his HP to speed ratio is obscenely high. 190 HP with Fragger’s move speed? That’d be like if you give Skyhammer Proxy’s move speed.

Oh, and I just read that the hammer slows you down when you’re raising it. Yep, 190 HP+big hitbox+ melee ranged attack + massive self-slow for 3 seconds means death against anybody with half a brain.

And I must mention again that every fast merc can just long jump away, and every heavy merc can walk away and laugh off the damage as they pump this guy’s head with bullets.

@derpypenguinz19 OK, we will make him be able to run with hammer up, give his hammer a buff on direct hit to 150 add an EMP effect for 5seconds and lower the swing time to 0.76 seconds, we will nerf his speed to 335.
Is that better?

From what I can tell, slow-but-strong characters melt in dirty bomb without proper team support. I see this character possibly having use on indoor stages of maps, though not much else. Fragger would still be a better damage-dealer most of the time. I’d advise comparing a damage merc to him when making a design.
