Primary ability:
Tesla Bombs: Tesla bombs send out an electric pulse, with a radius of 3 feet, upon impact, as well as one every 3 seconds for 6 seconds afterwards. any enemy within the radius takes 40 damage from the pulse and made so stand still for .2 seconds. if any enemy takes a direct hit from the Tesla bomb they will have 100 damage delivered to them on the impact pulse. Tesla Bombs stop the EV for 2 seconds after every pulse as well as doing double damage to the EV.
Maximum stored count: 3
Cool down:17 seconds.

Secondary ability: standard ammo packs.

Maybe the stop time is a bit much.

Imagine the sniper + static spam.

Also, let’s say you’re in 7v7 Objective. All Static team, 17 second primary ability cool down time, each team members throws their ability in 2 second intervals, it’s gonna stop the EV a lot.

well yeah but that takes a lot of team work, you could do the same thing with arty strikes

That’s quite a high storage and quick cool down for something that can deal 100 DMG on a direct impact
