Hi, i brought the merc starter pack when it was $20 and i did not receive the elite cases you do now. I only received 30,000 in game credit i am wondering if it is meant to be like that or not?

That was a completely different merc starter pack. That pack had the 5 base mercs + 30k credits AND closed beta access to the game.
The Ultimate Merc Starter pack is a different package and costs $30.
It is not a price increase of the old pack. It is a different pack.
