[Merc] Shark: Remastered

Around a year ago I created a mercenary known as Shark who wasn’t well received as being overpowered.
My goal is to create a clearer image of Shark now more balanced and re-imagined.

Full Name: Lucas S. Nguyen
In-game name: Shark
Gender: Male

Nationality: British-Australian

Health: (Starting HP) 110; (Max) 155 (Up for debate)
Movement Speed: 400
Class: Assault
Cost: 9.99 USD or 50,000 Credits

Primary Weapons: SMG9, Hochfir, Crotzni.

Secondary Weapons: DE .50, S&W .40, Simeon .357.

Melee Weapons: All but katana.

Bio Quote: “My life story isn’t nessesary. You pay, I kill, sums it up well nicely.”

In-game Quotes:

“Ooh, sorry mate.”

Ability 1 - Throwing Knifes
Throwing knives, which were once augments for mercs are now given to Shark.
When wielding the knifes he can throw up to three at a time. The longer they are charged (Holding Mouse1) will result in the amount that are thrown.

Damage: 60 max, fall off at around ~20 meters.
Cooldown: 5 seconds per knife.

Ability 2 - Blood Lust (Passive)
Using Sharks melee weapon, killing enemies will result in a health buff once gibbed. The health buff increases based off the health of the mercenary. gibbing a enemy will increase your health by whatever the enemies full health is divided by 8. This ability can be your success or downfall.

It doesn’t fit the theme of Dirty Bomb.
The second ability makes no sense.

When I say it makes no sense, I don’t mean in a literacy/grammatical sense. As in, what’s the point of it. Doesn’t seem remotely like it’d ever been in the game.

Interesting, but like most of kertaps ideas, doesn’t fit dirty bomb, a game that tends to stay on the realistic side

Gaining health on a kill or gib only works if you start off at low health in the first place: balancing it out, somewhat. - You have that covered. I would advise that if you expand on this idea, you gain health temporary max health from a gib - up to a set maximum number.

we can say he is like taking people blood (since the AB+ can recive any doner ) for him self when he knife them (abilty not included) but doesnt work when shooting at them ?
