Meet Scorch, a schizophrenic pyromaniac that was hospitalized in a mental hospital, until the dirty bomb incident, who then through unknown means acquired a flamethrower.
Scorch’s ability is as you migh have guessed a flamethrower, it will deal damage sort of like a reverse healing station. When you are in the fire, it will deal damage at 120 DPS with an afterburn effect dealing 15 DPS for 1 second.
His fuel will come in canisters, which he is able to carry one of at a time. A canister will let you fire your flamethrower for 5 seconds, then he will have to wait 15 seconds for a new one.
When firing the flamethrower, his movement speed would be decreased by 40 pct. and he is unable to sprint
It will have a max. range of 10 meters, meaning that if he tries to fire at someone longer away than that the person will take no damage at all
