Is it possible to get the Proxy that I unlocked before purchasing the starterpack refunded? And how will that work with this account not being connected to my steam account? (or is there a way to connect it?)

I’m curious to know the same thing. I just noticed the the pack on steam. Didn’t see it before now because this was the first time I actually saw the steam promo pop up and clicked install right away on a game. Never visited the store page before. I bought the pack just now but came here to find out if their is a credit refund possibility.
Also my profile name is not ambigiousdetour, it’s lime fiasco. I have no idea why it says ambigiousdetour since I never once typed that name in anywhere. I’ll have to create a seperate thread to address that i guess.

At the moment support is handling it for me.
About your name everybody gets a random name upon registering but you can ask @MissMurder to change it. (Which I’ve done twice so far.)

There is a link in my signature that you can use to open a support ticket. That is the best way to get a refund in game. You will need to provide your steam ID.
