Reaper loves melee and is a true melee class… He brings death to everyone in the form of a massive melee attack.this melee attack is like phatom katana but it has the ability to do slightly increased the damage whilist one of its ability but his health is reduce as a result of it.this guy is a expert at melee and with a indian voice it makes him pretty awesome .

Hp:100
Speed:430

Primary ability: 30% or more increase on speed
Secondary ability: 20% or more increase melee damage but hp get reduce to 70

Weapon: shotguns of all form
Secondary weapon: pistol of all form
Melee: katana or a long sword

wow, that’s the second merc suggestion called reaper this week, the first one still hasnt even left the first page…

anyways, this looks to be phanty with 2 abilities instead of 1, -cloaking +sprint speed ability +chopper(?) made active perk that decreases health upon activation.

in other words, well, its pretty bad.

Wayyyyyy too OP. Seriously. The current phantom is bad enough. Imagine him being faster and having a damn shotgun.

I would also like Skyhammers airstrike to cover half the map but lets face it, the game needs balance lol
