Abilities:

Electric Pulse: Pulse will emit a blue wave around him(the same radius of Phoenix’s healing pulse) that will destroy any enemy equipment in the radius. The enemy equipment includes the following: healing stations, ammo stations, mines, turrets, and sticky bombs. The cooldown for this ability will be 10 seconds.

Engineer: Pulse can repair and destroy objectives faster than other mercs.

Backstory:

Just got the idea, so don’t have that much of one.

I’d say 15 seconds is even a bit too long, just because of the sheer lack of utility the ability brings, especially since deployables can be destroyed fairly easily.

Instead of a “pulse” you should go with an EMP Grenade that makes all affected deployables do small explosions, thus punishing deployable campers.
