Paragon was an engineer. A person who built and repaired things. A man who created a suit that allowed the user to phase through objects from just scraps from a junkyard. You see, Paragon wasn’t rich. He was poor. But he was resourceful and intelligent. His sole purpose was to use the suit for theft in the streets of London. The streets were busy, but occasionally you would find the perfect target away from the crowd. He stole and stole and stole. He never got caught, until he met Phantom on one of his many escapades. Phantom caught him, beat him to near death, and walked away with his riches. Paragon wants revenge and he is gonna show everyone that he isn’t just some puny man lurking the abandoned streets of London!!

Abilities:
The Quantum: Paragon’s favorite toy and his prized possession. It allows Paragon to phase through bullets or energy bolts coming towards him. (Bullets will not impact him, but go through him. An enemy user can tell if Paragon is using the Quantum if his whole body is illuminated by a yellow light. Not a strong light. lol) Paragon is vulnerable to explosions and molotovs. Paragon will be visible when using the Quantum and he can not shoot, melee, or do objectives. The duration of the Quantum is 10 seconds. By shooting, using his melee, or doing objectives the Quantum will stop working. If Paragon uses the Quantum for 10 seconds the cooldown is 40 seconds. If he uses it for 1 second, the CD is 4 seconds. You get it?
Engineer: Repairs and destroys objectives faster than other mercs.
