Whilst playing dirty bomb, i see all the players with the special abilities that provide extra offence, such as proxy’s mines, and bushwhacker’s sentry gun are usually topping the scoreboards as many a player are oblivious to the mines layed out, or get caught offguard by a sentry gun in an unkown location. The merc I want to discuss will provide the team with somewhat of a solution to this.
I don’t have a name for this guy yet, but i have a clear idea of what he can do.

Role: Support
Ability 1: EMP detonator
The merc can throw an emp grenade similar to fletcher and detonate it at will. When triggered, the emp grenade will temporarily disable nearby sentry guns and highlight enemy gear (mines, health/ammo stations, etc)
Ability 2: Signal jammer
The merc deploys a signal jammer similarly as to how aura and kira deploy their stations, the jammer will disable the enemy’s minimap as long as they are in the vicinity of the jammer.
Primary Weapon: Semi automatic rifle - Like a BCM Haley Strategic Jack Carbine, fires almost as fast as you can pull the trigger.
High damage, but slow firing speed.
Secondary Weapon: A machine pistol, similar to the ones proxy and vassili carry.
Melee: Any of the current in-game melee weapons.

Mind you this is just a rough idea. I am open to hear about anything you would change!
