Merc Idea: Sticker - (Spotter/Support/Crowd Control)

Primary Weapon: Machine Gun/Marksman Rifle
Secondary Weapon: Pistol (No Revolvers)
Stats - Hp(Average) - Speed(Average)

Abilities:

Q - Stickers! - Toggle Ability, When active Sticker deals 75% less damage and tags enemies with stickers. Tagged enemies take 50% more damage from Stickers teammates and are spotted through walls for 7 secs.

E - Sharing Sticks! - Cooldown Ability(45 Sec), throws out explosive which upon detonation jams all enemies weapons in blast radius for 1.5 seconds and also roots them to the ground for 5 seconds.

Thoughts, Opinions, Etc are welcomed.

The root ability is VERY anti-DB. Would be better if it was a simple explosions. 50% is a very large damage bonus, making even pistols wickedly deadly. Maybe a smaller bonus from that ability? Is Sticker a gun that you need to hit with or is it an automatic hit? How do you determine target of Stickers? Just whoever is in crosshair? Also, I can see a notification to show which player can take more damage being important, but the duration seems a little long for this style of rapid gameplay. Either the Sticker will trigger their death very rapidly or they will get away.

Also with the weapon jamming, very anti-DB again I think. Maybe just a decreased damage or fire rate instead for a slightly longer time period? Being stuck in place AND not being able to shoot is just way too much from one ability, even if the CD is 45 seconds. I don’t see ANY negatives for any of the abilities you gave him. Everything is just one massive positive. The cooldown doesn’t even feel like it would hinder him. Once every 45 seconds his team gets to secure a pile of kills and push the objective hard with an almost assured success rate. Him and a couple of Fraggers would win instantly in any fight :frowning:

Needs some serious nerfing/reworking.

Honestly – the Wall-hacks are about all he needs – also this seems like a Recon Class :stuck_out_tongue:

And Stickers?

I’m with Ardy :3 Just wait for Aimee, RedEye, and Phantom, I’m sure one of them will give you something you’re looking for :smiley:
