Description: sailed from Wales, this one heck of a sailor needed some excitements so he went to London only a day before the Dirty Bomb event. Now that the event is over and stuck in London he’s now a working merc using the hooks he got from his career that will catch his enemies to death.

Ability: Razor Mines: these mines can be attached to any surface that will explode and releases sharp razors that will do 60 damage and cause a bleeding effect does 5 damage/0,9 second,the bleeder will leave a trail of blood that lasts 15 seconds and the bleeding will last for 10 seconds and can be prevented if you’re healed. The mines can be retrieved like Proximity Mines or Turrets, you have 2 of these and it takes 20 seconds to regenerate 1. If you’re killed by the bleeding you will be in a down state but if you’re killed by the base damage then you’re dead. The range of this is quite short only about 5m so keep that in mind.
Tactics: when placing the Razor Mines be sure to put them in places like doorways or entrances to surprise the enemy that steps pass it, the mines can also be placed on players so you can make your teammates a walking pile of death or get a cheeky kill by sticking it on an enemy and if they survive follow their blood trail
Fight back: since all of his weapons are close range try to engage him from medium or long distances. When spotted a mine shoot it so it will explode and you can walk freely. If you’re caught the mine try to have a medic with you so that he can heal you and stop the bleeding effect, also don’t move around and stay at one spot that way the enemy won’t know where you are clearly
