It can be charged to produce higher damage and worsened effects. the gun deploys in .75 seconds and can be charged up to 5 seconds before overheating (Like Sparks’ gun). when fired it deals an initial damage ranging from 15 to 65 damage depending on the charge. After its first damage, I continually deals 5 damage per second for 10 seconds or until pulled out by pressing “F”. In addition to minor damage, it also blinds for 1.25 seconds and slows speed for 10 seconds or until pulled out. The railgun has a cooldown of 12 seconds and can hold up to two needles at a time.

An ability that requires ammo? Splash Damage already experimented with that, and they have decided against it. If it doesnt need ammo, but it recharges (like nader’s grenade launcher) then spares wouldnt effect it

Eh… it’s like a combination between Thunder and Sparks. but oh well:

Does the syringe have the same physics as Aimee’s Snitch? (Basicly does the Syringe fall after flying in mid air?)

The idea of a passive damage over time ability has been discussed. - 1v1 fights would almost always win in the DOT user getting a kill even after death, since health packs in this game are only dispensed by medics.

Making this merc a sniper-like class isn’t something that would be great, in my opinion. I’d advise changing the weapon type to something more medium range. We don’t want needles spammed to get DOT on a lot of enemies. - If done right, however, this merc could be a mix of lethal and fragile - or just a tank who wins in sustained fights. There are many ways you could go about this.

The blind/slow effects are thunder’s thing. I’d advise against encroaching on that. He’s not used often as it is.
