Profile-
Russian sleeper agent who’s highly trained in encryption technology working for the KGB. For years, she’s been working on a hacking device in secrecy during her espionage in America as a systems analyst for the government. She’s very professional and extremely witty. She does a good job masking her native Russian accent but you could notice a glimmer of it here and there (for taunts, etc.) coming out. Middle aged women in her 40’s, tall, glasses, brunette.

Hacking Device

Once activated, it can do a variety of benefits.

1.- Able to slowly defuse bombs (15 seconds) within 10 a meter radius sphere of her. If a teammate is already defusing a bomb, their defuse rate is increased by 25%.
-This makes friendly four second defusers (Proxy, Bushwacker, Fletcher) defuse in three seconds, and everyone else can defuse a bomb in only six seconds (down from 8 sec.).
-This effect also works against enemy four second defusers by slowing down their defuse by 25%.

  1. -Slows down enemy bomb arming by 20% and speeds up friendly arming by 20%.

  2. -Remote disabler Slowly degrades generators and EV’s within the 10 meter sphere.

  3. -Emits an EMP wave within that 10 meter radius disables any enemy deployables. However, after the EMP wave, an enemy would be able to re-deploy anything they want.

  4. -It’s loud as fuck. Very distinguishable sound that can be heard through the heaviest of gunfire.

Notes
I’ll think of an edgy name for hacking device. The defusing/arming time benifits will not stack with other Motherboards. Her ability is very useful against heavily bunkered in enemies around an objective.

Eh, I’d say it’s an interesting concept. Maybe decrease the radius of the sphere. A Motherboard could defuse an Underground last-point C4 by simply standing below the platform. Maybe 10m diameter?

the device is destroy able ? would she throw it or she place it ?
i really like the idea even if it feel too suititionel and really team oriented

Not bad idea honestly, would be useless however if there is one on each team working on the same obj, not unlikely.
Is she able to fight back while hacking? The 60sec cool down is good.
I think while hacking she should only be able to use her pistol for self defense.
But not a bad idea honestly.

I love the backstory, it’s like a reverse Thunder.

The ability is a bit too complicated in my opinion, which is very hard to balance

If you’re defusing through a wall, it leaves NO room for counterplay. Second, changing how fast someone can plant or defuse means that the entire game has to revolve around this merc - making them a required pick on any team who is actually trying.
