First thing first, sorry for my bad english, not even my 4th language.
Maybe after Javelin released, the class where she belong is somewhat blurry, is she a true fire support? Since she have to wait 60-90s to disable EV, and she can only refill herself ammo only 1 clip per cooldown, she need another fire support to refill her? But she equipped with RL and works like an Assault merc, a Nader in steroid. So, why not create additional merc that have hybrid class? This time an Engineer that can revive (but rarely).

Jolt is a mechanic & scientist, more like a mad scientist you can say, and he is a fan of Nikola Tesla. He spend his life try to creating Death Ray, instead creating Death Ray for targeting living organism, he ended up creating Death Ray for machines. And he also create robots.
(Ability #1): Electrical Discharge Gun (original version of REVIVR, before the design is stolen & modified by Sparks/Proxy)
Ammo/CD type- battery, a full discharge consume all battery. The battery recharge slowly at rate 5%/s. Minimum charge to fire is 35%.
Charge up time- max 2s, overheat at 8s
EM effect duration- 2.8s-8s depends on charge
EM blast radius- fixed at 3.5m and can work through wall (could be more with Bigger Blast/Explodydendron)
- EDC Gun need to charged before firing, and it fire a high charge of electricity that travel in straight line and will create an electromagnetic blast on target it hit.
- The charge can only travel maximum 30m, the effect duration start to decrease at 15m and only have 50% of EM effect duration at 30m, the charge will explode to EM blast at 30m with 50% duration of charge amount.
- If the charge hit surface it will create an EMP blast with radius of 3.5m that can disable enemy’s deployables within range that lasts up to 8s and work through wall (like heartbeat sensor/phantom EMP).
- If it direct hits an enemy, the charge will stun him/her for max 2s, but it won’t stun anyone nearby and will create the EM blast with effect that last only 50% of charge amount.
- If it direct hit a deployable, it will instantly destroyed them if the gun charged to full, and also create EMP effect that last 50% of charge amount. (with exception of Turtle’s shield, it won’t destroy shields generator if it hit from front but create EMP blast that last 50% of charge amount).
- If it hits enemy’s EV it will temporarily disabled for max 4s (50% of charge) and won’t create any EMP blast/effect and wont damage the EV.
- You can fire EDC gun to floor where you stand (or where your teammates stand) to disable Javelin’s rocket, the rocket won’t explode if it pass or hit EM blast area.
- The gun can also be use to destroying generators, need 3 full charged shots to disable a generator (except Bridge’s gen, need 4 full charged shots)
- The EDC gun can also revive downed teammate, a full charge gives 100 hp (can revive up to 2 teammates at short time with minimum 35hp each)
- The EDC gun cannot be use to repair objectives.
(Ability #2): Repair Bot
Cooldown- 60s
Robot’s helath- 70hp
Robot’s speed- 300
Repair rate- 75% of non-engineer repair speed.
Jolt can deploy a small robot that will travel at straight line, it either reach EV or generator, or it keep going nowhere bouncing wall to wall and automatically destroyed after 60s if it not repairing. It also self destruct if objective successfully repaired.
The robot can’t see and can’t avoid enemy mines.

Need some perks for him like: steady, bigger blast, quick charge.
