Contact explosive that does no damage, however the ‘Dust’ is metal powder. So firing your weapon other than melee jams it, making you reload before you can shoot. Defibrillating or using Spark’s revive gun will electrify the cloud and damage enemies within. Dissipated quicker by detonating an explosive nearby (not molotov).
Devices within Dust cloud doesn’t work.(disables stations, Triggers proxy mine, cannot detonate fletcher’s sticky, detecting devices, does not react to smoke or molotov)

Damage electrified: 60 initial(if the enemy is within the cloud and is electrified), 15/s

Advantages :

  • Great against enemy mercs without drilled or using lmg
  • Create a 4.5 second storm cloud with sparks.
  • Disables stuff
  • Forces mercs to step outside the dust cloud before shooting.
  • Closest thing to ‘Dirty’ bomb

Disadvantages :

  • Almost no effect to shotguns and snipers as one shot might be enough to kill you.
  • Does no damage with his ability
  • Doesn’t stop explosives
  • Doesn’t stop melee

i guess it stop ally weapons too if friendly fire is activated no ? and does it stop moltovs like smoke grenade ? and how much dammage can you get from a cloud + revivr/deffib and how much xp do you if that kill the ennemy or dammage him ?

Tolen as a primary?
As much as I like that POS, it is nowhere near the tier of SMG. Swap it for SMG9 or Blishlok.

The Stubbs seems interesting, but another pump shotgun (even as a secondary) seems excessive. I’d prefer to see a good ol’ double barrel sawed off. Two rounds, max falloff about 15m and spread at that range roughly the size of Vermont. Maybe around 8 pellets, 5 damage each so it’s able to finish well but not compete on the tier of the primary shotguns.

Might also wanna swap Simeon (I’m a moron) to S&W, seems to fit better.

Dust Grenade seems outright broken. Two charges of 4.5 seconds of better than EMP (disable stations and triggering mines), forced reloads, damage potential AND the utility of smoke. It also has a 37.5% uptime (disregarding the second charge), which is outright stupid.

Also I just noticed he’s an Engineer. This level of utility on an Engi seems crazy. He’d need some serious disadvantage or risk/reward to get that. everything screams Assault to me.

  1. DB shotgun is not futuristic
  2. I didn’t put Selbstadt on the secondary list
  3. It doesn’t have effect of smoke grenade
  4. The area of effect is tiny af

Definitely a fire support ability, it’s area denial, that’s not the purpose of an assault or engineer class. Stoker is fire support, though his molly being purely fire support is debatable

I enjoy the idea of an ability (assuming it can’t be spammed. Check that cool down,) that forces an enemy team to reload - it allows the first shot. The issue outside of spam-ability, is that reload canceling is a thing in this game. - Food for thought. Pretty creative.
