Ability 1 : Now for his main ability I came up with too different versions.

Version 1:Cryogenic Grenade
A grenade that is thrown, explodes on contact (if cooked) freezing and killing anyone and possibly(depending on health) kill them with minor splash damage if they are still within the blast radius. This grenade can also be used to permanently disable merc’s deployables by freezing them and making them useless and therefore must be deployed again.And now for the Coupe DE Grace, similar to Stoker’s Molly it can be used to slow the EV down but instead of directly damaging the Ev instead slows it down by freezing for 2-4 seconds and also makes it 10% more susceptible damage because the colder steel the more weaker it becomes. So in conclusion the Cryo Nade is a anti personnel weapon that can be used to clear out mobs of enemy’s and subdue a Ev for a timed air strike.

Version 2: Cryogenic Bomb Air Strike
Its pretty much the Cryo Nade in airstrike form with a longer freeze of 5-10 seconds and with a bigger debuff of 20%.
I envision this Airstrike could be used like the nade to slow down the Ev and weaken it so that a fire support ability like
Kira’s Laser can finish it off in one blast.

Ability 2:Cryogenic Rounds
Ammo that each bullet is filled with liquid nitrogen to slowdown a target on impact, by chilling the targets muscles. I can imagine the the chill effect will last 1 sec per bullet and for about half damage of its normal damage for balance.
Cause lets be honest a sniper with this ammo with full damage would be op, and I don’t want to make a snipers job any easy-er “cough PDP.”

Bio:Keith Anderson a very talented but arrogant College Basketball star turned solider. Keith is looking to make a
name for himself and showoff his cryogenic weapon technology in the Dirty Bomb Merc scene, after his term in the US Army was over and that his cryo technology was rejected for being to expensive to manufacturer and maintain by US Army. Keith is hoping by showing off his technology in action that the CDA will be impressed enough to purchase his weapons, and then he can finally rub it in the face of his brother and the rest of the US Army to show that there is somebody crazy enough to buy his tech.

Pros&Cons:

Pros:
1.Fast and agile

2.A wide variety weapons to chose from automatic to burst to semi automatic

3.Devastating main ability that can clear out groups of enemy mercs that are bunched together and stop an Ev in its tracks, weakening it for a well placed air strike.

  1. A unique ammo that can be used to slow your opponent down for an escape or set up a kill for a teammate

Cons:
1.He’s is weaker compared to his other male fire support mercs

  1. Baron’s main ability has high cool down equivalent to skyhamer’s airstrike and requires good timing of throws

3.Although useful as they are, his Cryo rounds are High risk you are essentially sacrificing damage for a debuff.

I like the first cryo nade idea better than the second. Slowing down the EV instead of damaging it is a good idea, but making it an airstrike could be OP. The secondary ability is bad though. Frozen bullets really doesn’t make any sense. Also, a Native American needs to be in the game. With a tomahawk. Story needs work though, but that’s what devs are for. All in all a solid idea.

Yeah the Cryo ammo was kind of a stretch that i thought i could make it work by toning down the damage, But the more i thought about it is a bad idea like you said, this game is not Moba or a RPG where frozen bullets in those types of games would make sense. And the Airstrike version was a idea that i came of up with by via brainstorming with a friend at the time I thought it was good idea and now not so much.

First thing that comes to mind:

While were at it we may as well give him a bow & arrow as a primary.

Love the first ability, but would agree that second ability would be a) gamebreaking or b) super-OP with long range weapons. I see it working better as an off-chance passive ability. (i.e. 40% chance that bullets will trigger debuff) Also having trouble imagining him with a cricket bat. Maybe the krukri would be better.

I’m having flashbacks to the tf2’s natacha… getting hit meant you couldn’t evade any further bullets: basically screwing you if you were a fast class. - I like the idea of having a ev-focused merc, but recall that there are multiple game modes, so said ability might be useless on dome or other game modes.

Well the Cryo grenade can still kill people the effect it has on the EV is a secondary purpose. I intended it to be a Anti Personal/Anti EV weapon.

Don’t we have Fragger or Fletcher for that? - having an even slight slow-on-hit passive would be more than enough for a support merc: Maybe even give it to thunder. (The issue arises of how to balance this sort of ability between various guns, or if we’re expected to make it a separate ability weapon.)
