Five years before the DB conflicts, a secret North Korean government weapon called “Project Hurricane” was being developed. Project Hurricane was a biomechanical weapon, a cybernetic killing machine with the power to control air. The research was conducted on an unsuspecting UN spy, abducted and inhumanely experimented on. Before the project was finished, the test subject escaped, and with his memory lost he assumed the identity of the last name he was called by - Hurricane.
It wasn’t long until Hurricane figured out his new powers, soon he was able to control them at will. After the bombing of London, Hurricane vaguely remembered his duty to the UN and joined the DB conflicts in order to destroy enemy PMCs.
Hurricane has 130HP and 390SP.
Passive - Cybernetic Heart
Hurricane starts to regenerate his health %70 faster than other mercs, however, his regen rate is slower.
Primary - Push/Pull
Upon activating this ability, Hurricane either pushes or pulls enemies around him. Each time Hurricane uses Push, his next use will be Pull and vice versa. “Push” targets enemies within a 12 meter radius and pushes them out of the radius. “Pull” targets enemies within a 15 meter radius and pulls them towards Hurricane. A cooldown of 10 seconds is required between each “Push/Pull”.
Secondary - Vortex
Hurricane forms a small, stationary vortex of air that sucks in any nearby explosives or bullets fired by the enemy or by Hurricane. Pushing (or pulling) enemies into the vortext will cause them to take all bullet damage absorbed by the Vortex. Vortex decays after 30 seconds, scattering all projectiles previously trapped within Vortex. Cooldown is 40 seconds.
Hurricane’s loadouts favour SMGs, Pistols, and melee.
