[Merc] Dart

‘Of course I put them in my mouth. I know where they’ll be.’ -Dart on his Blowgun

Bio
There are many ways to encounter your signature weapon, but having it used against you by indigenous tribes is sure to be one of the more unusual. Dart’s service as a Brazilian Army sniper came to an abrupt end when, after escaping a mission gone wrong, he accidentally ran into and angered said indigenous peoples. Exiled from his native land after defeating them, Dart now gets by as a sniper for whoever pays him the most. He may have defeated those primitive hunters, but their blowgun still serves him well.

Stats
Class: Recon (yes, another Recon merc)
Health: 85
Speed: 460

Ability 1: Blowgun
Dart brings his trusty Blowgun to any engagement he’s in. By loading the dart into a tube and sharply exhaling through it, Dart can track enemies. On impact, darts embed into the target, and the target is Spotted for Dart’s teammates for 10 seconds. If Dart lands a headshot, the dart will deal damage equal to half the target’s remaining HP in addition to the spotting. Of course, aiming down the sight is the only way to bring the Blowgun to Dart’s mouth for firing, and the crosshair is the only assisted sighting provided with the Blowgun though it will provide a slight zoom-in.
5 darts at a time, 10 second cooldown each.

Ability 2: Direction Masking
Dart’s second ability is a passive one. Unless the enemy sees Dart fire the weapon, enemies that take damage from Dart do not get direction arrows pointing to the damage source.

Weapons: BR-16 (default), Dreiss AR, Grandeur SR; Caulden, Simeon, Selbstadt; standard melee

Fight Back
Dart works mostly at range, so take the fight up close and personal. Be on the lookout for damage taken with no direction, this means Dart is attacking and nobody’s found him yet. Track him down, remove the element of surprise from him, then you will be at an advantage when dealing with him.

Now get Dart, blow away the opposition, and play dirty.

I’m sorry but I don’t think the idea of bringing tribal beings into the game when it’s set in a post-apocalyptic london scene wouldn;t really fit all that well, Sorry, I don’t like this idea. :frowning:

He’s not tribal himself, he defeated them for the blowgun. Sorry, I don’t like your reading comprehension skills. Or your ability to separate the Abilities from the backstory, for that matter.
