[Merc] Architect

Meet Architect, a Polish applied sciences research with a hankering for cash. Architect distinguishes himself from other mercs by his ability to create a high strength holometric wall with his signature “holometric shield markers”.

Lore: (I literally have no idea this time).

Architect has 120HP, 400SP, and is an objective specialist.

Primary Ability - Wall Marker
Architect has 4 markers that can be thrown, they latch onto surfaces like Sticky Bombs. Wall Markers have a cooldown of 20 seconds.

Secondary Ability - Activate Markers
Architect activates his Wall Markers. The Wall Markers will then create a Holometric wall between them that enemies players cannot shoot or pass through. The wall can soak up about 800HP worth of damage. When the wall is destroyed, so are all the markers.

Architect’s loadouts are SMG friendly.

Just a simple concept today. Can’t think of anything else much.

Speedy as in movement or speedy as in the fact that I posted this at 2:30am with the very small amount of effort I had left?

If movement speed - you must be smoking a blunt, this guy is slower than Bushwhacker.

@gg2ez I dont know if the game engine can support this and it seems like soemthign extramly annoyign to players, a tank wall the cant break troguht.
then eh has a good amoutn of HP, if anyhting a proper name would be Anti fun trooper

But he IS an anti-fun trooper and that’s what he’s meant to be. He denies enemies the ability to pass through aa certain route thus forcing them into a specific route that your team can defend with more efficiency. Good for pissing off any enemies.

The game engine would handle it fine, learn your lines before commenting. @astoundingShellfish :smiley:

@gg2ez we already have proxy and bushwacker to ruin everyones fun we dont need a tanky dickeneer denying players of enjoying their game.
now i notice msot duckish classes are engineers…

Also, might I suggest the name “Archie”? Maybe? sorta similar but it’s actually a name too.

@astoundingShellfish I can’t take that comment seriously if you think that bushie is annoying to play against. He’s so easy to kill :lol:

But why not? The more dickgineers the better.

@gg2ez Not as much as proxy, its easy to take him down but when there are multipel of em and they have a rhino its pretty mucha n unberokable wall unless ou can get a well placed explosive before getting mowed down

@gg2ez i know that pain. i ocne had foguth one that guy that had an isntakill hack with proxy. he was using the hoctfire and 1 shootign a rhino. then claimed that eh was jsut that good, a level 5 guy

I wouldn’t mind this shield so much if all players could pass through it. This would open up so much strategy in its placement to cut enemy firing lines without cutting their sight lines.
