Alexei drops a spherical shield on the ground which will stop any projectiles such as grenades and bullets, strikes from the heavens will pierce through the shield and damage anyone inside it. The shield will remain active for 8-10 seconds and has a 45 second cooldown, the cooldown activates once the shield is offline.
