Meet Maxx, a former MI6 Agent before the Dirty Bomb incident. His large versatility of primary and secondary weapons is what you’d expect from a spy. Its mostly guns stolen from the mercs he’s assassinated. After he left MI6 he did his own dirty work, taking out leaders he saw as unfit. Now he does it professionally.
When he sees other mercs of British nationality he mutters gibberish under his breath.

Grapple: A medium range grapple that quickly pulls Maxx into or out of the action. (20 second cooldown)
Secondary Ability:
Laser Tripmine: A placeable mine with a short laser tripwire. Explosion and damage like Fragger’s grenades. 1 ammo. Can place up to 2 at once.

Er, recon mercs have spotting abilities, not grappling hooks and mines.

Also, grappling hooks have been taken before (sorry) and the Laser Tripmine sounds like a insanely powerful Proximity Mine.

Empire-9 is a good secondary, but not a good primary weapon. Maybe replace it with the SMG-9?

“agent maxx”? what? when did he bocome a bond villain?

anyways, the grappling hook isnt very detailed. i dont really think it really needs to be, but the movement system currently in the game is already pretty smooth and damn quick. things like grapples, jetpacks, teleports etc might make it…a bit more mess than art.

as for the tripmine…its basically the proxy mine, except worse.
