Can a admin actual mention a reason for the kick to the player ?

For examble “VIP join” ?

No command that I have found yet.

This would make a wonderful addition to the admin repertoire. Naturally, for bans as well. Better still would be to provide the option to launch a URL (remember, Steam has a built-in browser) for additional information. Many communities provide links to their forums where one could post an appeal to their ban.

yes, I feel bad about kicking someone for a clan member without giving a reason.
