Healing station has a circular decal on the ground to denote the radius, the fact you don’t notice it is very useful feedback.

i’ve never noticed that, and ive been right next to them a few times :x

In a previous patch the healing station decal used to be there, but confirmed at settings low, default, and high that it is not showing up currently.

So this would explain why I have never seen this decal
