Type of Bug:
Medal not rewarded or description incorrect.
Description:
Kills level 2 should be awarded to players for 25 kills in a match, but it is regularly not given.
Note that someone with 40+ kills was awarded the medal. Perhaps it’s 30 kills instead of 25.

Steps to reproduce:
Kill something like 29 people and check medals awarded.
Result:
No medal for killing 25 people.
Expected result:
Medal for killing 25 people.
Reproduction rate:
Seems like every time.
