Description:
Mechanic still doesn’t work, or everybody gets it for free.
I started planting at almost the same time as a Nader and they got the plant.

Two people start planting upstairs on Underground, one with mechanic and one without (like Nader).
Result:
Whoever started first plants.
Expected result:
Mechanic plants in 4/5ths of the time, so first.
Reproduction rate:
At least once.
