Matchmaking Test startetd or ranked is back?

One of my friends got a message 5 minutes ago that he unlocks this alpha matchmaking system, or for me it looks like the ranked screen. He could invite us and now we are in a party. But only 1/2p oder 5p play is available

That is the ranked MM screen. Public queue will be 6v6 only. And, at least in NA and apparently in NZ/Aus, it’s not unlocked.

I think this was an oversight from SD - either pocl or Vasara (don’t remember which) had reached level 7 at that point and got the “ranked is now available” popup which still includes a link to its matchmaking lobby from which he was able to invite us. Apparently somebody didn’t remember to hide that link like the one in the main menu.

Yes, it’s not the new matchmaking system, but the ranked lobby isn’t supposed to be available at this time either.
