Matchmaking suggestions

When you find a match and the accept button shows up, if you dont accept the match you get a penalty -> you shouldnt get one here.

Each time you rank up you get an Expert or Elite Case. Atm there is no incentive whatsoever and a lot of players just leave the game. More bonuses please.

I don’t mind if the penalty for leaving on purpose is bigger. E.g. A leave results in faster rank decay.
Of course I am aware that NGS is sometimes acting up and randomly kick players, but you can reconnect usually. It should be possible to tell which players quit on purpose and who got kicked by NGS. Atm MM is just not enjoyable playing solo with randoms.

The penalty system is a bit weird.
Also, getting an Expert or Elite case on rank ups would be odd. You would go from Silver->Gold->Cobalt->Elite and get a case every time you went from 5 to 4, etc. It would stop when you get to Elite, and could be abused by jumping between ranks.

I suggest you make 4 friends who also desire to play comp and try to improve as a team so you get less terrible matches.

The one guaranteed way of getting more wins is improving yourself. With a low playerbase, there’s not a whole lot SD can do to make matches better through other means. At the end of the day, you are the common denominator to all of your matches, so no matter what you have to change yourself to change your match quality.
