How did they release a game with such a broken matchmaking system? The designers have a competitive view for this game. Yet, the ONLY competitive aspect is outright broken.
If this isn’t on their priority #1 to fix, this games future is very very bleak.

I know that this is not very high on the devs todo list given the current state of the game and the bugs that they are trying to fix at the moment, however this does need some serious consideration on behalf of the devs.

Technically they haven’t. It’s an open beta and not a fully released product.

You aren’t matched with people based off levels. You are matched with people based off their COMPETITIVE rank.

Yeah im not sure how much shield we really want to give devs pulling this, for me if the cash shops open and your taking our money your games released ,
I mean whats the difference between this games open beta and an actual launch? when it launch’s do they open the cash shop? no thats been doing trade for time, will there be any big game sweeping pacth or revision? no its just going to be an arbitrary date. and maybe a small bug fix/balance patch.
seems to me they are trying to have the best of a launched game and still claim the shield of beta. and at least for me that aint gonna fly

Sorry bud, but this topic needs to be addressed by the DEVs ASAP. The fact that they even released this into Open beta, which frankly means FULL release is absurd.

Solo queue is a simple concept that was popularized in MOBAs and console games. It takes the idea of pitting solo queue people with other solo queue people ONLY. I am well aware of people being matched based on their competitive ranks, but that system itself is still quite broken. This is most evident when you have a team full of randoms vs premades.

I don’t agree its a full release: they say its OPEN BETA for a reason - you can join and play, but there will be bugs. If you want a bug-less experience: wait for full release.
Cash shop has to be tested, just like any other thing in the game. In-game $$$ rates have been adjusted on multiple occasions since the beta release.
Still, matchmaking is very badly broken, and its definitely worth pointing out. There are multiple matchmaking connection bugs, on top off the unbalanced games, lack of several matchmaking utilities (surrender, pls) and multiple cheaters polluting the experience.
