Hi, i wanted to share a very bad experience i had today with some friends while playing a match making.
The map was Terminus and we did manage to plant the bomb twice but weren’t able to make it explode. But lets move to the bad part:
They succefully pushed us back to our spawn area and they played with 2 fraggers/2 naders so because this map does have very small ways in and out, you just can’t do any thing really…It’s very cheesy.
They camped munition area, plus skyhammer helping them, and they just spammed us with grenades everywhere. 80% of the time, it killed 4/5 of the team. If you had the fact that they played as a team and were really disrespectful and bad mannered, imagine the experience.
So it was an exemple of merk abuse in matchmaking. If you let people play what merk they want, they can abuse the meta game. Imagine 4 automatic turels, 3 arties and one skyhammer bombing from the sky.
Dirty bomb is develop on a meta really based on explosives. It still ok if people do not abuse it to much. But, to give an exemple: with skyhammer being free + arty in the free rotation mercs, it was fucking insane. Bombing everywhere 70% of the time
