For the last 2-3 weeks i have massive framedrops without knowing what the reason is. The game just becomes unplayable sometimes.
The ingame-video-options doesn’t change anything. “Potato-setup” vs. Super = fps cap at 179/180fps.
I noticed that the screen percentage sometimes droped to 0 and the game froze for 1-3 seconds. So i wondered if it has anything to to with that, and if you could set the screen percentage higher, so that its drop doesn’t have such an impact.
But i’m absolutely clueless when it comes to tech like this, so i don’t know if screen-percentage has anything to do with the drops.
Ingame the screen-percentage drops from ~57 after entering a game to stable 30ish, and in some corners to 19. I checked the configs, but there it is set at 100, so i’m bit confused why it is so low in the game. And the video-setting doesn’t have any impact on the screen-percentage at all.
I don’t want just to c&p a config that you can find on reddit-threads, because i have no idea what it is supposed to change/do and because i could not tell you if it had an impact at all. And if the config had an impact, i would not know which change caused to get rid of the problem.
Is there anywhere a guide or explanation how to use configs in DB and what effect the “commands” / lines are supposed to do? So that i could try to adjust certain parts of the configs myself?
