Massive frame lag on a great pc

I probably get 15 fps with medium low settings
specs
i7 3930k
gtx 970
16gb 1833

i can run just about any game at high or max with 90-120 frames but this game forget about it!

any ideas fixes?

Are your video drivers up to date? Try and grab the beta drivers if they are available on the manufacturers website.

Have you tried restarting your pc as well? Any programs running in the background? Do you have high CPU/Memory usage when running DB? If so, could you let me know what processes are driving it up the most?

Also, is this a constant issue or does this happen intermittently. So it is a lag spike/FPS drop(or stutter)?

thanks i never thought about restarting the computer or gettings drivers etc(sarcasm) thx for trying anyhow

I can only work with the information you gave me. If I assume that you did those steps but you didn’t we could spend a lot of time running in circles. I have worked in IT for the last 7 years. If I ask a question it is because I don’t know the answer to it. If you provide additional information, such as the steps you have already completed, then the troubleshooting process actually goes a lot faster.

Also, you never did answer all of my questions.

yes i have downs(jk) but its quickly frustrating when something doesn’t work. all of the simple basic stuff i tried. seems like will have to just wait for the fix since it is beta

yes same i have lag in menu/lobby

This is not the same lag that he is experiencing imho. What you are describing is mentioned in a few older posts related to servers being overloaded.
