Massive FPS drops and sound bug

So since today I can play maybe 3 min then I have a big sound bug (feel like all is cracking, crr crr crr like a bad radio) and then my frame rate drop to 10 FPS … just unplayable

I had the same problem once yesterday, but it cleared up after I respawned.
