I’ve been looking to obtain two mapscripts for my server… I’ve actually tried to make the Goldrush one myself, but I’m a retard and it only resulted in several wasted hours and lots of interesting bugs. I have seen these on the www before for download, just can’t seem to find them anymore… so I’m wondering if anyone has them, or is kind enough to script them for me.
Mapscript #1 - Goldrush
After the Allies have stolen the truck, swap the Axis & Allied spawns at both ends of the truck… so Axis will be near truck barrier #2 and Allies will be near tank barrier #2. Quite a few players on my servers like this mapscript as it makes stealing the truck more challenging.
Mapscript #2 - Oasis
After the allies have captured the Old City spawn, constructed the 2nd water pump and destroyed the Old City Wall, a 20 second (or so) timer is initialized. On completion, a spawn is enabled in the 2nd tunnel. Quite a few players on my servers like this mapscript as Allies cannot be camped with Mortar, Artillery or Air Support.
