Mapping Tutorials?

Hello, New here.
Can anyone give me some Mapping tutorials web site URLS for Enemy Territory?
I notice a sticky thread up there, but its not enough information, (mabe I just didn’t look hard enough) though I’m no noob or anything, I’m experienced with the Quake3 engine mapping editor, GTK and just standard radiant, but i’m not quite familiar with most of the entities in RTCW:ET, such as how to create objectives for a certain MP map and all, so can anyone give me as many tutorail sites as possible esspecially made for ET? thanks!
