Map wont load

Hey

i got a problem

when i open radiant and i load my map it freezes and stalls, then i get loads of errors about Microshit C++ runtime error

also bitches about wanting to close in an unusual way

then it closes

what could be the problem, i think CPU power may be lacking but i dont understand how :frowning:

its a Pentium 4 1.9 GHz

nvm, map was corrupt, i used autosave

hehe i had the same problem. foudn out that the part that was corrupt was an entity

i checked and half the map file was missing, just loads of spaces

one time my map waxed all the entities. made them bad. i had to delete them to get back in the map cause of overflow errors. i finally got back in to find my map mangled. i mean things that where rectangles where turned into mangled lines and perfect curves.

So I am not the only one this has happened to. Damn I feel alot better now.

If it screwed up things a little more often; Iā€™d say it must be Microsoft software. Closeā€¦but nowhere near as bad. lolā€¦ ( :twak: <-Me meeting Bill Gates or his Software engineers ) :twak:

i love linux, id use it permenanantly but it dosnt support my network card, my freind says i need to recompile the kernel
